Tan? skin damage? Sunscreen?!

Question: Tan!? skin damage!? Sunscreen!?

i have fair skin and im on a swim team so we practice out side for like a three hours in the afternoon 6 days a week, so i want a tan but ive started getting brown spots, so what im asking is can i still get a tan without getting those spots!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no such thing as "safe" tan!. If you want to get wrinkles (or eventually skin cancer), keep doing what you're doing!. Otherwise, splash on sun screen before you go outside!.
