Please help. My husband is allergic to Wheat, soy, rice and peanuts.?

I'd google "Food Allergies" and see what u get. Does he avoid gluten,o r just wheat? Bc many gluten free foods are made of rice, soy and corn so that can complicate things a little. has he been actually tested or just thinks he's allergic? Definitive testing would help if he hasnt had it done already.

There is a yahoo health group called "Foodallergynetwork" and they have many ppl with allergies and intolerances. They can help u a lot.
