Question: Anybody use a CPAP machine!?
Ive been using mine for about a month or so!. I still wake up in the mornings sometimes and my mask off because at some point during the night I removed it!. Has anyone else done this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have been using a CPAP for 6 years and still pull it off some nights but it happens less often as time goes by!.Be patient and stick with it-sleep makes a big improvement in your life! Good luck!
PS It took about a year before I could keep it on most nights and I work with 2 people who gave up on it after a short time!. If you have sleep apnea
then keep trying!.I have also seen recently that the CPAP doesn't completely cure the problem and you may be able to get a prescription for a stimulant-talk to your doctor about this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
