My sister had psoriasis for several years!. She moved to Phoenix for less than 2 years and the amount of sun she got in those 2 years cleared up all the skin problems!. She has been 17 years now with no psoriasis!.

My sister works as a counter clerk in a restaurant and she does come in contact with hot dishes and the disinfecting solutions!. Over time she must have developed an intolerance for any more!. She can't even use regular soaps & shampoos any more!. On her days off, her hands get better!. Although she wears rubber gloves when handling dishes & silverware, that hasn't helped that much!. Her doctor prescribed a cream and told her to only use it when her hand is bad!. My mom had the same problem and she used over the counter cortisone on it!.

i have never had psoriasis, but i have heard that it could be an allergic reaction to some food/foods that you eat!. possibly dairy ,or peanuts/peanut butter or something else!. try eliminating one food from your diet a week at a time and see if you notice any improvements with the elimination of any particular food/ingredient from your diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I know there are some really good prescription creams!. But my sister stayed away from scented products and uses an unscented laundry detergent!. She also found that taking vitamins and eating a healthy diet helped!. She also regularly baths in Epsom salts!. I hope this helped and Good Luck!
