If the person is being sent against their will, almost zero. And they're not much better if the person is motivated to quit. According to AA's internal Triennial Survey, only 5% of members last one year, only 2.5% last 5 years.
The success rate for people quitting on their own is 5%. More people (about 80%) quit without any type of treatment.
