okay so i have had hot flashes all day and a mild headache but in the morning i check my temprature and it was 97!.5 so thats normal but my face has been swollen like my cheeks and neck and my mom said i have the mumps do i could i i cant miss school pplz help!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like you do!. but if you want to be absolutely positive you can try the pickle test!. try eating a sour pickle If you do have the mumps and you eat the pickle you will really feel like you are going to throw up!. Mumps are not fun but if you do have them the younger you are the better!.Get lots of rest in a dark room, drink lots of fluids!.
