Pimples on my upper lip?
i have a white pimple on my upper lip. yes, i have hair there, but just a little. yesturday it was a pimple, and i used neutrogena acne scrub, and today it's a white pimple. and when i put a little pressure on it, it hurts. I really need to get rid of it by tomorrow night. what should i do? i cnat pop it because then it will hurt like hell. so, what should i do to get rid of that white pimple on my upper lip?

use a cream on it tonight... i have benzaclin and it works well... i don't suggest popping it if you scar... but if you really want to ... a pin prick would do it. otherwise toothpaste.
