I need help with a diet!. It seems everything makes me nauseous!. What are some things I can cut out for good to help it dramatically!? What can I do to ease the abdominal pains!? Hello there i can answer some of your questions, IBS or Irritable Bowel Syndrome can have a multitude of Causes ranging from Stress to a poor diet!. It is recommended according to various sources that avoiding foods such as Eggs, Onions, Prunes, Garlic and Wheat or dairy products may be the best solution!. However generally it may be best to see a qualified Complementary/Holistic Therapist such as a Naturopath, Aromatherapist, Masseur or Herbalist in order to find out the root cause and remove it, these therapists will look at you as a whole person and treat you as such!. Booking yourself in for a Massage e!.g!. Aromatherapy Massage for your Abdomen may work wonders as this can aid in relieving stress and increasing peristalsis!. Peppermint Essential oil whether taken as capsules, herbal teas or inhaled can greatly benefit IBS!.

(1) Positive Thinking/ Stress Reduction/Managing Stress-
