i have seen it prescribed for children!. but it was obviously not prescribed for the child or you would know that!. you should see a dr to be sure what you are treating!. it can be very dangerous to use someone else's prescription drugs on any body, especially on children!. bactroban is a tissue penetrating antibiotic cream or ointment!. it is not interchangeable with over the counter antibiotic creams or ointments like neosporin!.
