Question: Could this have been my problem!?
I have had BAD chest congestion(asthma too), and a deep tickling urge to cough!. This has been going on nearly 10 days!. Im pregnant so my mucous is doubled anyways and I cant really take anything that will help!.!.!.!.
This morning I coughed very hard, and a lot!. I couldn't stop!. I just couldnt catch my breath!. I have always taken my albuteral inhaler a few times a day!. Sometimes if its been in my purse stuff will get in there and it will shoot in my throat!. I know gross!
Well This morning when I was coughing my lung up I coughed up lots of green crap and a PIECE OF PAPER!. it was about this big [---]

Anytime you have a productive cough (coughing up any sort of phlegm) it's a good sign of some kind of infection or bacteria!. Especially since you are pregnant I would get to a doc ASAP, possibly even an ER doc!. I highly doubt the piece of paper is what was making you sick, especially since it came up with green stuff!. Be more careful with your albuteral inhaler!. You might want to keep it in a plastic bag in your purse to keep in clean and more sterile, that's not something to mess around with!.
