Answers:
The Gram positivity of a bacterium is irrelevant to how difficult it is to kill, speaking from a clinical perspective - out in the 'wild' it may be a different issue which I don't know about!.

Staph aureus (G+ve) can cause deadly endocarditis, along with destructive abscesses!. Strep is the biggest cause of endocarditis & pneumonia (also G+ve)!. Both can become very difficult to kill - everyone's heard of MRSA, right!? That's a Staph!.

G-ve sepsis is one of the biggest killers in older age, usually from the urine or gut!. They can also be notoriously resistant - you probably heard of pseudomonas!? That's a G-ve bug!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

gram positive are easier to kill !?

NOPE!.
Gram stain really has nothing to do with how quickly the bug will die under treatment, nor how likely it is to kill you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
