Answers:
No, the Becotide Inhaler will not cause weight gain or prevent you from losing weight!. Even though Becotide is corticosteroid, the whole idea of inhalers is that the medicine is inhaled into your lungs where it is needed, reducing the side effects on the rest of the body!. If your thyroid level has come back as normal, it is likely you haven't got your eating balance correct!. Weight loss/management is a simple input and output balance, if you eat more calories than your body burns up in a day, you'll gain weight!. To lose weight, you need to reduce your intake and try going to the gym daily for vigorous exercise- 60-90 minutes ideally!. Less in more out still!. Try reducing your intake to 1800Www@Answer-Health@Com

It would seem that your exercise is making you fitter, which is a good thing, but perhaps you need to cutback on the calories!. Also, what kind of exercise are you doing at the gym!? The walking is good aerobic exercise, but perhaps some gentle weight lifting, building up to more strenuous stuff might be better for you!. Try and ask one of the gym staff for some sort of weight loss program that you could follow!. Swimming is also good for you, but not everyone feels comfortable with that!. :)

P!.S!. The average man should consume 2000 calories a day to MAINTAIN his current weight, so i would cut down the calories if you want to lose weight!. Say about 1800 a day, for about a month or six weeks, see if that makes a difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
