thank you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
If it's severe, OTC meds aren't likely to help much!. My dermatologist told me with the steroids to use it two weeks on, two weeks off!. That's with daily use!. I don't use it daily, only to control symptoms occassionally (I have eczema), but if you do use them daily, ask about the 2 week rest period!. Maybe you could use the Rx to get it cleared up, then use OTC hydrocortisone to help keep it under control!. My eczema is under control enough that I don't worry about keeping it totally clear, I just use the steroids as needed to control itching because I felt the risk of using the steroids too much outweighed the benefit of keeping it totally clear!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends what the problem is!. It would help if you tell us more info!. The steroids do have a specific action of anti inflamatory!. The strentgh varies!. You can only get two strentgh over the counter!. Other product may help as steroids do, but it dependes on the condition and the location of the affected skin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
