I personally wouldn't chance getting one in a public place. You just don't want to take any chances with your feet. If you have your own private supplies that are carefully sterilized and cleaned then it might be ok. You do not want any bacteria or funguses entering your feet from an accidental nick or scratch or contaminated foot bath.
