How many mrems does 2 rads of radiation exposure in a CT Sinus amount to?!

Question:

How many mrems does 2 rads of radiation exposure in a CT Sinus amount to?

Does anyone know the normal mrems/year that a human being can get exposed to safely? Also what is implication of having 1 CT Sinus scan done compared to the total for a year? I am not able to find the conversion chart from smallest to highest unit of radiation of the kind in a CT scan, that has multiple slices like all the sinus cavities in the head. Any advice?

Answers:

mrem is 1/1000 of a rad so by that calculation 2 rads would equal 2000 mr
