What is your opinion on this subject!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Depending on ones age, health, and/or susceptibility!.!.!.yes I am for it in a way I guess!.
But for those who are young/healthy!? I am against it!. I believe that we should be letting our bodies natural defense mechanisms perform the duties they've been doing since the dawn of creation!. Depriving our bodies from this can't be a good thing!.
Though I can see certain industries, such as health workers etc needing something like this these days!. But it seems as though a lot of larger corporations are forcing their employees to have a vaccination shots (depending on where you live), in order to save money in the long run!.!.!.days missed because of illness etc!.
I believe that by depriving our bodies of doing what they are designed to do naturally, over time this will hinder that ability!. Besides, all of these viruses will continuously mutate, and we'll be constantly trying to play the "catch-up" game with them!. Not good!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have a compromised immune system, asthma, diabetes, heart disease etc!., then you should get the flu vaccine!. ALso, you should get the vaccine if you work in nursing homes, doctors offices, hospitals, schools!. The benefits of the vaccine outway the risks which are very limited!. The flu injection is a dead virus so you really can't get the flu from it!. I f you get sick after a flu injection it is usually because you were unknowingly coming down with something else to begin with!.
The nasal vaccine is partially live virus, so you can develope a mild case of the flu with this one!. I don't really recommend it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I almost had to go to the emergency room last year when I got mine!. I had chills, fever and was uncontrollably shaking!. I was really scared!. I will never, ever get one again, I'll take my chances with the flu!. However, my husband and little boy get one each year and both do fine!. Also, I've been told that depending on what strand of the flu your vaccine was from, you can still contract the flu from other strands of the virus!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think they're worth it to get if you're in an occupation where you're constantly around a lot of people (teacher, nurse, etc!.)
Health care professionals would recommend those who are older to get one, as well as college students!.
I'm in favor of them, but they can be quite expensive!. Sometimes they can cause a reaction in a small population of people, but generally don't have any side effects!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd rather build up my immune system so that it is strong for anything that may come my way, rather than tear it down with a vaccine specific for only a few strains of a certain virus!.

So I try to eat healthfully, drink water, get adequate rest, and take vitamin C!.

The flu vaccine is not harmless!. It can cause adverse effects in some people, just like any vaccine can!. In my opinion, the most dangerous thing about the flu vaccine is that many brands contain 25 mcg of mercury!. This is a huge amount of mercury to inject into your body!.

Here's a list of the amount of mercury in different flu vaccines!.

Flu vaccines 2008-2009 season

No mercury:

Fluzone single dose vial or prefilled syringe (ages 6 months and above) http://www!.fda!.gov/CBER/label/fluzoneLB!.!.!.!.

Flumist live intranasal spray (ages 2
