Answers:
not sure but you should ask your doctor on some of these!. i wouldn't worry that much because you are not at a high level with your blood sugar yet but at least have the warning signs where you can do something about it-

and that person that called you a fat *** has been reported- he is just a troll looking to tick people off!. ignore his stupid comment - he's an obvious loser w/no life!Www@Answer-Health@Com

That O NE reading is normal (80-120)

Your doctor needs to perform an A1C test to get your AVERAGE blood sugar reading, The A1C test is not sensitive to when, what, and how much you ate, and take an average over the last 90 days!.

The A1C test is a very simple test!. Most doctors can do it in the office in 5-10 minutes!. If not, then they need to send a blood sample to a lab for 2-3 days!.

An A1C reading of between 5 and 6 is NORMAL!.
A reading above 7 is probably diabetic!.

Since the A1C test is not sensitive to diet and does a 90-day average is it a MUCH more accurate test than a one-time finger stick reading!.

INSIST that you doctor do this test!.

In the means time, remove ALL sugar from your diet -- no soda pops, energy drinks, sports drinks, candies, cakes, pies, cookies, or ice cream!.

If the A1C comes back normal, then you can begin toe at sugars again IN MODERATION -- nor more than one soda pop ap day, 2 oe 3 small cookies, a piece of cake one a weeks or so!.

If the A1C test comes back too high (more than 7) then you need to CLOSELY follow a diabetic diet in order to prevent future damage such as blindness, amputations, dialysis, Alzheimer's, miscarriages, or sexual; performance problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hello! My name is Simon!.
What you have is a common concern among Diabetic patients!.
First, let's look at the relation between Glucose and Sugar, versus Insulin!. This relation is like a tug of war, if you will!. You use sugar for energy by burning it with your body's natural supply of Insulin!.
If you have too much Glucose or Sugar, you need more Insulin!. Since your body is Diabetic, it has difficulty making the right amount, too much or little!.
As long as your sugar intake matches your insulin levels, you can take sugar!.

Talk to your doctor about the right levels!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Visit my blog site and print off the Blood Glucose Level Chart!. The chart relates the HbA1C (% of glucose in the blood) and the daily finger prick test results!. Study the chart and you find that 110 is not bad!. A HbA1C test is more telling as it is and average for the last 90 days!. Take the chart with you the doctor and discuss it!.
