Answers:
You know the right thing to do - you just want to have someone else tell it to you!.

CALL HIM NOW
You canNOT wait 3 months - this is immoral to leave his health at risk that long -- and risk that he'll pass it on to someone else in that time interval!.

It is your moral obligation to call him right now and explain the situation, so that he can seek health as well!. Be aware that in men and women, chlamydia is not benign - untreated disease can cause destruction of the reproductive system - and in a man it can cause prostatitis (which could go on to give him years of pain), or scarring of the urethra - which would cause lifelong problems with urination!.

I understand your discomfort - you made a mistake and may have to hurt the feelings of your boyfriend to explain it -- but it has to be done!. And right now!. You have to take responsibility for your actions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should tell him now so he can get treatment ASAP to prevent anything more happening to him!. Luckily it's curable so you both will have to take a couple of pills and it will go away in a couple weeks!. Just be honest with you!. It doesn't matter if you use condoms, there's still a chance you can spread disease through other contact with his skin there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tell him now before he passes it to someone else while he's away or becomes ill!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

instead of an email, call him on the phone!. when you tell him, try to be calm about it!.!.!.you have to tell him eventually!. its sad the you have chlamydia and i feel really sorry for you!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
