Yellowish/beige stool?!

Question: Yellowish/beige stool!?
Yes, they were indeed those colors!. I have acid reflux (supposedly, I haven't been fully diagnosed yet), so maybe that has something to with it!? Just now, I was in the bathroom and constipated and when I looked in the toilet, my stool was pale and yellowish!. (Sorry for the details, aha)!.!.!.Now, my stomach is somewhat cramping!.!.!.I'm wondering if it's a serious problem that needs to be seen by a doctor or is it something I can brush to the side and not have to really worry about!. Thanks!. (:Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
No, light stools are fine!. Acid reflux-related!.
You never want to see brown blood!. That's old blood!. If you ever see bright red blood, that's new blood, which is fine, and probably a hemorrhoid!.
If you ever take Pepto-Bismal or iron supplements, your stools will be dark!. So that's OK!.
Just a little info for you!
Your light stools are no problem!. With that cramping, you're probably having diarrhea!. Be sure to drink LOTS of water! Get well soon!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yellow Stool

Yellow stool can indicate that food is passing through the digestive tract relatively quickly!. Yellow stool can be found in people with GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease)!. Symptoms of GERD include heartburn, chest pain, sore throat, chronic cough, and wheezing!. Symptoms are usually worse when lying down or bending!. Foods that can worsen GERD symptoms include peppermint, fatty foods, alcohol, coffee, and chocolate!.

Yellow stool can also result from insuffient bile output!. Bile salts from the liver gives stool its brownish color!. When bile output is diminished, it often first appears as yellow stool!. If there is a greater reduction in bile output, stool lose almost all of its color, becoming pale or grey!.

If the onset is sudden, yellow stool can also be a sign of a bacterial infection in the intestines!.

a yellowish stool is fine!. Its called Bile!. Bile is what helps breakdown food, usually its stored in your gall bladder until you have food to break down!. If you have not ate, or have been feeling ill then sometimes this would happen!. If it persists and I would see a medical professional!. Good luck and hopefully the cramping stops!.
