Question: How do I relieve swelling in IV location site!?

I was just in the hospital for emergency gallbladder surgery!. My IV ended up getting loose during the stay and now the location site is swollen and very sore all down my arm!. Is there anything I can do to relieve the swelling and pain!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
