All they mean is that the virus won't survive if it's in pure coke (neither will sperm, for that matter)!. Viruses actually need pretty specific environments to live in - this is why they quickly die outside their host!. There are any number of substances we consume which a virus can't survive in on its own!. Alcohol, for example!.
You just can't get a big enough concentration of that sort of stuff from your gut into your bloodstream to completely kill off the many millions of copies of the virus there, which is just as well, as you'd die too!.
If you swapped a person's blood for pure coke, yeah sure, the virus would be killed - along with the person!. Would you call that a "cure"!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't use coke as a protection from HIV; that's taking a huge risk on something you read on the internet!. It only takes one infected sperm to spread the virus; you can't possibly hit every sperm with coke!.!.!.!.
