What could this be on my face?!

Question: What could this be on my face!?

I have a patch of skin on my face, its on my chin by my mouth and its very dry sometimes turns red and its peeling what would be causing this or what is it!? I cannot get it to go away and it is driving me nuts, no one really notices it but me but its still annoying! Any suggestions on how to get it to go away or what it ma be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
