Itching, sore throat and so on... help!?!

Question: Itching, sore throat and so on!.!.!. help!!?
I feel horrible - A few days ago I came home from a 4-day trip to the US and I started feeling ill!. I got itching spots on my body which tend to appear and disappear!. They look like mosquito bites when I scratch them long!. My eyes are itchy too!.!. Plus I got one weird zit-like spot with pus core but it's impossible to squeeze out and it hurts!.
It's all not so visible because it disappears when I don't scratch it and this second night I discovered it comes out in the evening!.
I feel kind of depressed overally because of the workload I have and uh now this!.!.!.
Actually I also caught a little cold and I have a sore throat!.
I'm writing this all because I have no idea if they have anything in common with each other!.!.!.

Do you think it could be allergy!? Maybe M&M's or that vitamin water!?

Might it be because of an infection in a scratched leg!? I got some pus there, probably because of walking too much even though it hurt!.

I didn't do anything that could give me some serious disease!.!.!. So I have no idea why it all happens!. Please help me or I'll go crazy!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
