I just saw someone had a weird attack, he was trembling and he had blood coming out of his mouth, he was talking normally and all of a sudden he felled on the floor and started to shake, and he vomited blood!? what kind of disease is that!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The symptoms that you describe resemble those of a generalized tonic-clonic seizure as occurs in epilepsy!. Your description fits this, with the exception of the description of blood coming from the mouth!. Epilepsy is a brain disorder in which clusters of nerve cells, or neurons, in the brain sometimes signal abnormally!. Neurons normally generate electrochemical impulses that act on other neurons, glands, and muscles to produce human thoughts, feelings, and actions!. In epilepsy, the normal pattern of neuronal activity becomes disturbed, causing strange sensations, emotions, and behavior, or sometimes convulsions , muscle spasms, and loss of consciousness!. During a seizure, neurons may fire as many as 500 times a second, much faster than normal!. In some people, this happens only occasionally; for others, it may happen up to hundreds of times a day!. It is possible that the person may have bitten his or her cheek or tongue, causing bleeding to come from the mouth!. If, however, the blood was vomited then the possibilities of other causes increase and medical assistance should be sought!.

Hemoptysis (spitting of blood) can happen with few diseased conditions like Miller Fisher Syndrome etc!. or may be in conjunction with epilepsy, hysteria and the like!. To my mind, in Ebola the blood should be coming from all the orifices!. It could also be hemorrhage from mouth, lung , nose, stomach etc!. It could also be epistaxis or a bitten tongue alongwith epilepsy or hysteria!. It should be a case for hospitals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Some of this does sound like epilepsy!. Some blood from biting the tongue or cheek is not unheard of!. However, actually vomiting blood is not typical of epilepsy!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
That doesn't sound like a disease at all! If it is it would be ebola or marburg!. If not, it sounds like poisoning with strychnine!. Is he ok!? Did you call 911!? Why would you ask this on YA!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
