Its called Acute Bronchitis!. Try hocking up the phlegm or taking cough medicine!. You probably have Tracheal Bronchitis which affects the windpipe which can also affect speech!. I'd go to a doctor just to clarify what I said!. After all I could be wrong!. To err is human!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
