Are stomache uclers common in lupus anticogulant?
Didnt want to be to graphic but i continue to have bright red blood in my stool ( sorry)

I am not taking any medicine yet for the anticougulant. Just wondered if this sounded serious.

hi. you need to go to your physician and discuss this issue. if u have lupus, you can also have other autoimmune diseases like colitis. if its colitis the sooner you are treated the better. in any case, bright red blood can also be a symptom of a small hemmoroid, a tear or an ulcer in the colon. so please dont waste time wondering, have your doctor check it out. they prolly will ask u to take home a kit where u give samples to see if there is blood, its no biggie, ive done it. then they will see what to do next. i just want you to not wait, but dont be scared either. good luck ;)michele ps i have lupus and chronic pancreatitis.
