Anyone had Jock Itch or another similar form of fungal rash and you treated it with lotrimin ultra!? How did it work and how fast did it cure it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had it and it kept partially healing and recurring with the various prescription or pharmacy creams!. I think none of them were getting into the deeper layers of the skin!.
In the end a cured it with "Aqua-ear" an over the counter treatment for "swimmer's ear" which consists of 85% isopropyl alcohol and 15% acetic acid!. The acetic acid breaks down the hyphae walls and lets the alcohol at the fungal cells!. It stung a bit, then the invaded skin dried up and peeled off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You'll probably have luck with the Lotrimin but you need to be diligent about applying it at least 2 times daily!. Shower, dry thoroughly (use a hair dryer if it's uncomfortable)!. If the problem still exists after 2 weeks of this, see your doctor for a prescription medication; the yeast infection may not be topical but systemic and an oral medication will knock it out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
