i just took my blood pressure and is 123/64 puls 80 my systolic is fine diastolic is low what does that mean im resting !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It translates to an excellent blood pressure!. You bottom number is supposed to be lower, yours is perfect so don't worry!. It reflexs the force your heart has to pump against!. I wish I had those numbers, so stop showing off!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
120/80 is the MAXIMUM normal resting blood pressure, however, many people have blood pressures lower than the maximum and are still quite normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You might just live forever if you can keep it like that!. 120/80 is normal!. Keep an eye on the bottom number (80), and when it gets over 90 regularly, then you have a problem!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
