Having breathing problems?!

Question: Having breathing problems!?
I was born with asthma, so I've always had problems with breathing- until six years ago!. I have not had an attack since I was 12!.

But lately, I've been having to take VERY deep breaths to feel like I'm getting any air!. Sometimes, my throat feels constricted, like my clothes are too tight- but this happens even when my clothes are very loose!

What might be causing this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Are you suffering from any anxiety at all!? Had any panic attacks!? These sort of things can often lead you to 'believe' you're not getting enough air, when in actual fact you are!. It's a mental thing!.
A lot of times a person suffering from anxiety will take numerous small breaths of air and forget to breathe out!. Try letting out a huge sigh, let your shoulders drop!. Then take another breath and see how you feel!.

You could also have a chest infection!. Have you been sick lately!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

by the sounds of it you do need to go to the doctor to have a review on your medication, they will probably give you a higher doseage of a steroid inhaler and check to see your peak flow reading, and if they think its really bad where they think that your inhalers are not working as well as they should, they might put you on a steroid based Nubuliser, which you wouldnt believe how well they help if you suffer from bad wheezing!.

So go make yourself a doctors appointment :D and take it easy :)
