After 52 days of possible exposure.?!


Question: After 52 days of possible exposure!.!?
Hi,

today is the 52nd days after the possible exposure!.

in this 52 days, i have done 2 test, ELISA which is 3 weeks ago, and rapid test just 2 days ago!.

the results are both negative, can I conclude that i am all okay!? the lab say, i need to be tested after 90 days!.

I would wait till after 90 days to get a accurate test result on HIV testing just to make sure you are 100% clean and healthly and are negative for certain!. I wish you the best of luck and you'll be in my prayers for your test result to come out GOOD!!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It can take up to 3 months (in most cases) or in very rare cases, up to 6 months, for someone to test positive for HIV antibodies!. You should get tested 3 months after possible exposure, then retest 6 months after possible exposure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The window period for HIV is 3 months (90 days) so you are not totally "free" yet!. In most cases HIV shows up 90% of the time after the 1st 30 days, but to be confident that there is nothing, retest at the 3 month time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
