What does one do if they follow all advice by the doctor?!

Question: What does one do if they follow all advice by the doctor!?
I am normal weight, walked daily, watched my saturated fats/cholesterol intake, not diabetic, never smoked/drank, Worked with dietitian and got it down to 246 from 295!. Dr!. suggests a statin which I do not want to take!. Will be having LifeLine screening this week involving carotid (twice was clean as a whistle per my doctor's test), peripheral and abdominal!. If these areas are the "gold standard" for what is happening in the body, plaque-wise, and if nothing shows up (I pray), can there still be other undetected areas of clogged plaque and if so, what other tests can be taken!? I am over 50!. My dad died of heart attack at 59 and my mother had one at 80!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
One way to determine if you might have reduced arterial capacity is by the difference between the systolic and diastolic bp readings!. The smaller the difference, the more easily the blood travels through the veins!.
For instance, 115 over 70 is in the good and healthy range!. 120 over 89 is in the hypertensive range!. The difference between 115 and 70 is 45 and the difference between 120 and 89 is only 31!. While the second bp is less desirable, the smaller difference between the numbers indicates clearer arteries!. The healthier bp in this example has a difference of 45 which suggests that there may be narrowed veins even though the bp is very good!.

There is a line of supplements called proteolytic enzymes that are excellent at removing organic matter that builds up in the veins, intestines, and anywhere else in the body!. Serrapeptase is the most widely studied though there are others out there!. Do a google search to find out all you can!.

Another supplement to consider is 'red yeast rice' which is used to reduce cholesterol!. If it is not available, try polycosinol as it is also very good to that end!.

While on the subject of cholesterol, something that usually gets overlooked is the correlation between damage from cholesterol and a person's pH balance!. When you're in proper pH range, your cholesterol will remain in liquid form, do what it's supposed to do and harmlessly pass from your body!. But when your body begins to lean to the acidic side, cholesterol can become gelatinous and sticky which is part of where cholesterol - whether high or low - becomes a problem!. I don't want to write a book about pH balance here, but I highly recommend you do some research online and find how to alkalize your body and potentially reduce the threats from higher cholesterol!.

Hope these suggestions help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if the doctor suggests something, listen to him or her!. unless youve gone to med school, they know better than you do!. and especially if you have a family history of heart attacks, you need to watch it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
