Question: Help, I'm headed down again!?
About three months ago I had a major depression attack!. It felt like I really didn't care about anything and if I didn't have my children and husband I'd be suicidal!. I'm Bi-polar with PTSD, and I am being treated for it both meds and counseling!. The last two weeks I've started to head for the depression end of being Bi-polar again!.I know It'll run it's course and I'll be fine again but I could really use some kind words of encouragement if you have them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hang in there!. You have proven before that you have what it takes to get through this and be strong!. Call your doctor and/or counselor and get yourself the help you need and deserve!. Do it for the people in life who currently love and need you and for the people in your future who will love and need you!.
