my whole family had the full on flue with temperatures and and sore throats then i started drinking 4 glasses of pure orange juice a day and havent been ill yet and its been a month since they are all still recovering!.!.the vitamin c apperently boosts your immune system so its worth a try to avoid those horrible colds and sniffles:o)Www@Answer-Health@Com
