Is it sinus problems??
i suffer from pain around the eyes n pain in my nose especially if i lean forward n some times my eyes sting n feels like some one blowing in them cos they water. it also causes me to have flem at back of throught which cant shift n i get sore throught from trying to cough it up. i no it is sinus promlems cos ive always had them and used to suffer from nose bleeds. i just dont no how to resolve it.

see a doctor, that's why they study! Seriously the over the counter remedies only work for a while, and if you've had it for ages, it will be worth getting it checked out. Of course it could be hay fever at this time of year...?
