Question: Gluten free diet question!?
Due to a new food allergy, I must now remove gluten from my diet!. Does white rice or corn starch contain gluten!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wow that sucks! But now that you know what the problem is it will change your life you will be amazed how much better you will feel!
I have a friend who husband was diagnosed and another friend who's sister was diagnosed they told me about some web sights and company's who will send you a list off all of their products that are gluten free!. I will ask them and gt back to you:)

No they do not!. The only thing I would be careful of with cornstarch, is if it is modified cornstarch on a label, I would call/e-mail/check the website of the product and make sure that wheat is not used - I believe it is in Europe they use wheat in it, in USA not, or vice versa, I get so confused and I have been gluten-free for 4 years! You will learn to make things yourself!! It is healthier for you anyway and cheaper in the end since our packaged food is so expensive!Www@Answer-Health@Com
No both of those are naturally gluten-free, although you need to watch that there is no risk of cross-contamination!. (Pre-packaged stuff from a supermarket should be fine, but buying from somewhere like a health-cooperative where they may package it themselves without worrying about contamination may be an issue!.)
