What are the chances of spreading herpes?!

Question: What are the chances of spreading herpes!?
I have had genital herpes for over a month and I want to know the chances of spreading it!. I got it from my boyfriend but he has absolutely no symptoms!. I finished having my first outbreak and I think I'm ready to have sex again but I just need to know if it's safe for my boyfriend to give me oral sex!. Wouldn't it be alright if he did so and washed afterward!? Or is this a definite way for him to get oral herpes!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
If you caught it from your boyfriend, then he is highly unlikely to catch it back from you!.

Once you have had the virus a while, you build up antibodies to it which prevent you getting it a second time!. So if he was the source - for definite (he can have a blood test) he isn't going to catch it back from you and you can continue without worrying - including unprotected oral sex!.

My boyfriend gave me genital herpes from his oral herpes, but since we both have the same virus we don't worry at all about spreading to each other!. We have normal unprotected sex!. We have had intercourse by accident while I have been having an outbreak, but because he already has oral hsv-1 and I have genital hsv-1, he did not catch it and his risk of ever catching it is incredibly low to nil!.

herpes is a very over exxaggerated thing, I have done months of research over this matter and if its hsv-2 the genital herpes, then i'm sure u had multiple sores,!., they say cahnces are about %5 to transmit the disease (wen no symptoms are present) which averages about 1-2 weeks out of the year, perhaps he already has hsv-1 which is cold sore type, and it would reduce the already %5 chance of him getting it because he has immunities to that type of virus already, man, many people have this either hsv-1 or 2 and it is actually more that statisically shown, I could prove THAT ,, if hes ur caring boyfriend perhaps he'll understand, and do it, though hsv-2 on the face is not pretty, and can then be transferred to Your face or anywhere on the body really Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's never definite, but you may shed the virus even when you are not having an active outbreak!. It's best to use dental dams with oral sex, just to be on the safe side!. And please keep in mind that other STIs can also be transferred through oral sex, not just Herpes!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you got it from your boyfried it shouldn't be a big concern as long as you don't have any open blisters or sores!. The worry would be if you ever get involved with a different boy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
