she has Hep C and now she has gallbladder stones, and the doctors will be removing her gallbladder, will she be ok

she will be fine...your gallbladder isn't a necessary organ you can live perfectly fine without it. My mother had hers taken out almost 13 years ago when my baby sister was born. She should be fine!
