You seem to have some confusion!.

A "fasting blood sugar test" is NOT a 3-month accumulation!. And the A1C test, The true 3-month accumulation test, reads in the range of about 3 to 12, not "111"!. So it appears that you took an actual "fasting test", but NOT the 3-month accumulation!.

Your blood sugar varies almost from minute to minute, and through a wide range!. A normal person FASTING (10 hour no meal) test should be about 70-80!. A short fast (between lunch and dinner) should read abou 80-120!.

A non-fast could reading ANYTHING, depending on WHEN, WHAT, adn HOW MUCH you ate!. if you ate a ice cream and cake and washed it down with a vanilla milkshake, your blood sugar could read 400-500!. But if you ate a chicken breast and some unsweetened iced tea, your might read only 150-170!.

Taking ONE fasting blood sugar test is a POOR way to make a diagnosis!. For best result, you need to take the "finger stick" test 3 times a day, just before each meal, and do this for two weeks (14 days)!. At each meal you write down the blood sugar reading BEFORE the meal AND what and how much you ate (10oz t-bone, 4 ounce backed potato with buttrer and sour crean, steemed broccoli, three glasses of milk, and a hot fudge sundae)!.

Take this information to you doctor!.

Or, you can save yourself the effort and take the A1C test!. This is a NON-FASTING test that measures the 90-day average of blood sugars!.

A NORMAL A1C reading is between 5 and 6 (not "111")!. An A1C reading greater than 7 shows that you may be diabetic, and the doctor will do more tests to confirm it!.

77 is an excellent figure!. and may be the result of exercise and herb!. Yes you have to wait for atleast two hours even for the random test!.

COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME THE NAME OF THE HERB YOU ARE USING!. KINDLY MENTION THE MODE AND THE QAUNTITY BEING USED!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

An AIC average of 111 isn't bad!. 80 is optimum which 77 isnt far off of that so no need to worry!. Check it after an hour than one more time an hour later so you can see if theirs a pattern or not as far as dropping or increasing goesWww@Answer-Health@Com
