Avoid touching it as much as possible, if it is painful apply a warm compress(a warm face towel soaked in warm water as warm as you can stand it) to the pimple. replacing the compress when it has cooled off until pimple has come to a head and burst on it's own. clean ear with peroxide and cover with small round band-aid
