I'm curious to know if pimples are spreadable/contagious....

Well i think what i mean is, Can pimples be spread by person to person contact.. Like if, One of my friends has acne and he sleeps on one of my pillows and then the next day i use that pillow, is there any chance that anything could be spread.

no - not at all. pimples are formed underneath your skin due to a backup of "gunk". you can't catch them from anyone, it's just at a certain age, everyone will go through a pimple faze because your skin starts to produce more oils which will cause more pimple (some get less then others) just don't worry about it. if it gets really bad find a good cleanser and that should help.
