Please help me...I am sick...?

I don't know what is wrong with me. I thought I had a cold but now I am really not sure.

My head feels like it is about to explode.
My throat is sore.
My ears have so much pressure in them, I can't hear anything.
My nose is stopped up.
Even though my nose is stopped up, I can blow endless amounts of snot out but I never feel relief.
My body is starting to ache.
and I am so tired, but I am sick of sleeping.

What is wrong with me?

I do not think that it is a sinus infection because my snot is clear, not green or yellow.

I have also started coughing a little.

Are you kidding me? I am not sick enough to go to the E.R. and I am pretty sure that I am not going to die tonight. The answer is not always, "You are going to die unless you go to the doctor."

I don't have insurance and I am in college. The free college clinic opens up tomorrow...but I am pretty sure that there is something OTC out there somewhere...any suggestion?

I live in East Texas.

Kind of sounds like strep throat to me. I had it last winter and I felt sooo horrible. You definately need to see a doctor and get on some antibiotics, no matter what it is.
