I have a 9 yr old hiv + in haiti at my orphanage what are the procudures for helping him have a full life ?

he is in good health and appears to be healthy i had him tested 4 times at different labs ,for haiti is not known for accurat reports, and medical care is very bad. i love him like my own.please if i could get some info . remember i am working in a third wold counrty that doesn,t care about their children.& i am well seasoned on death of children for my place is a home for the dying & handicapped & abonadoned kids.in the streets of the slums. hmmmm.. well first thing. Lets say this 9 yr old put a small drop of blood on the counter. Now from medical school I learned that it takes 20 seconds for the virus to not be contagious anymore. With HIV, you can only get it through blood to blood contact or by salvia on a cut, etc. Just love the child and don't treat him that much differently than others. Teach him that he can hug people still and let him be a kid. Also people with HIV can appear healthy, but later on is when it gets worse. Make sure the child is bundled up in the cold and that they stay away from people who are sick or have colds. HIV people have a bad defence system to fight off colds and sicknesses.
