Pink eye is a viral infection that is extremely contagious (it can be spread in air particles)!. It can occur in one or both eyes!. Symptoms include redness to the "white" part of the eye, pain and/ or itchness, and discharge from the eye!. The only treatment is to see a doctor and get antibiotic eye drops!. If your sister does have it, make sure she washes her hands often and doesn't touch or rub her eye!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
