Question: OCD Problem!? very Annoying, please help!!?
I have a weird thing of OCD where i have to rubthings against my arms and rub every part of that object over my arm until i feel that i am happy i have felt everything on my arm!. this is really weird as i only got it like a few months ago!. when i am holding the mous eof the pc, i tend to stretch my hand over it and start to move it and move mouse (e!.g!. flip it, move it under my monitor, my hand rubbing off it too etc) this really annoys me especially in school as when there is a page on my desk, i rub it down so that it isnt creased with the back of my arm!. what do yuo call this form of OCD!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi, my dad has had ocd for yrs, this sounds very mild, try not to stress, and try not to do it and deal with the anxiety if you can not do it! that way you sound get better! GOod luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
