how can u help the bumps on the skin u get after shaving..... does mosturizing help??

It is most probably because you have sensitive skin. It happens to a lot of people, me included. But it did get a lot better as I grew older.
The best way to avoid it is to always use a good make and sharp razor. The Wilkinson Sword `Quatro` and Gillette `Mach Three` and `Turbo` are excellent.
Secondly use a good shaving foam or gel, I find gel better. King of Shaves gel is the best, but rather expensive compared to others. Wet the face with hot water before you apply the gel, as this helps open the pores on the face.
Shave with the grain of the hair so as not to `pull` the skin. When finished, rinse with cool or cold water to close the pores and put some aftershave balm on. Something like Sanex is good.
