It's about snoring, is there a cure to get somebody to stop snoring?

Snoring is caused by 2 things mainly,
1. a cold or other thing that is cauing a stuffy nose
2. Sleep APNEA which means you stop breathing in your sleep. The snoring is actually the sound of the person trying to get their breath.
The way to know the difference is if its an occasional snore or all the time. Occasional its reason 1. All the time reason 2. Its best to have a sleep study done so that the doctor can tell for sure that is the cause and they wil prescribe a CPAP or BiPAP machine like the others said and that will keep the airway open while your asleep.
Now, as for Peanut Butter?!?!? I haven't heard that one before and I thought I'd heard it all!
