Does this sound like severe gas pain?
i went to the hospital twice. once last year and once this year for severe stomach pains. both times they thought it was appendicitis and then they dismissed it when the pain went away. I figured it couldn't be if it was the exact same pain a year apart. my appendix would have already been ruptured. both times my white blood cell count was raised. i was wondering if this could just be severe gas pain and that's how the body responds? also my appendix was slightly enlarged but they said if the pain went away it couldn't be appendicitis

A high white blood cell count indicates an infection of some type somewhere in your body. If it was significantly higher, I would be really concerned and your doctor should have been as well. Is it possible that you have an ulcer? Do antacids help? The other thing that comes to mind is gall stones, but I don't think that would cause an increase in your white count and the pain is pretty severe as I understand.
