well i went 2 the drug store 2 buy some vitamin e gel capsules cuz i heard you can poke holes in them and use the gel...however i didnt know which ones to buy because there were so many...different dosages and what not..what kind of vitamin e pills should i get?

if you want it for rubbing into the stretch marks i would suggest vitamin e oil that wayyou dont have to worry about putting holes in capsules. It usually comes in a dropper bottle so it is easy to use
