How can I make my skin less dry/tight/red ?!

Question: How can I make my skin less dry/tight/red !?
I wash my face before I go to work, when I get home from work, and usually before I go to bed (but not always), I always use a moisturizer after I wash my fash, but if I dont put that moisturizer on after I wash my face, my face then feels extremely dry and tight and gets really red, I'll put moisturizer on and it starts to slowly ease up on the redness!. I'm tired of having to moisturize so often when it doesn't seem to be doing me any good!. My face is constantly dry even with daily treatment of lotion!.

What am I doing wrong!? How I have normal skin again!? Even after taking care of it like I do it's still not smooth or clear!. I need some advise big time!. I'm sick of this routine!.

Please reply soon,

TY

I have pretty much the same problem (extremely dry skin)!. Check your cleanser for sodium laureth sulfate!. It's in almost everything, and it's brutal on dry skin!. Finding something without it is difficult, but worth it!. However, since SLS is a foaming agent, you may have to get used to a non-foaming cleanser!. It's weird, at first, since it feels like you're washing with lotion!. You ARE getting clean, though, trust me!.

I use Beauty Without Cruelty's Extra Gentle Cleansing Milk!. Only thing I've found that doesn't make the skin on my face feel three sizes too small after washing!

You might be washing your face too often, and make sure it's not hot water, luke warm is best!. If youe using anything with acne medications, that might make your face really dry!. Try a moisturizing wash and keep using the lotion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well this kinda happens to everyone, but i would suggest using a different type of soap to wash your face with!. and maybe even a different lotion!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eucerin!!!! it works wonders!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like the cleanser/soap you're using is a little harsh!.!.!.maybe switch to something milder!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
