Most cases if a person is heart attack risk, they are already taking a blood thinner type medicine and warned against taking Viagra, or other (is it MAO or MOA something like that)!. Viagra will increase blood flow and counter-act that prescribed meds!.
Okay other senerio, person with heart attack risk and takes Viagra!. I'm not a doctor but Viagra is similar to the herbal supplement Yohimbe bark and it although natural has it side effects, increased heart rate/speed, increased blood pressure or flushed blood (because of increase to penile area)!. This could affect a person's heart rate probably leading to a heart attack or fainting!.

The drug Viagra causes vasodilation of the blood vessels!. The risk of having sex comes from the increased heart rate associated with sex and not so much the Viagra!.
